The Schedule of Delegation confirms the location of specific powers for certain key decisions. It is not intended to be a full and complete description of the roles, remits, responsibilities and powers of all University bodies and individuals. It should be read in conjunction with the University’s Articles of Association, incorporating the Instruments and Articles of Government and the terms of reference of relevant committees.
