New Year heralds a new chapter for BG Futures based Belvin Construction

Providing a bespoke construction experience and utilising 18 years industry experience, Belvin attribute their success to not only listening to their clients’ needs but ensuring their service goes above and beyond their competitors.

Belvin is the creation of owner and director Steve Turner who has a myriad of experience in the construction industry; including work for both subcontractors and main contractors, handling large commercial developments and builds, together with smaller maintenance type jobs. He also trained as a Quantity Surveyor and with this knowledge, developed skills for project management.

Following the successful completion of a number of high quality projects, Steve wanted to create a modern construction company utilising his skills, concentrating on key clients and client care. From what he had learned via his professional experience, Steve felt he could provide a niche service of his own.

Despite facing the numerous challenges involved in balancing managing a business with running construction projects, Steve’s preparations to take Belvin on a new adventure are in full flow and he is pleased he took the leap (and would recommend others do too):
