On the 14th of September BGU will open its doors to the public, offering them the opportunity to join staff and students for a day of exploration into the Institution’s rich history as ‘A pioneering place full of pioneering women’.
Events on the day will run from 12pm to 4pm and include an exhibition covering the long history of pioneers at BGU curated by staff and students as well as an open lecture at 2pm.
There will also be campus tours available at 1pm and 3pm led by current BGU History and English students. These tours will not only highlight the historical sites around the institution but also demonstrate how the campus has evolved over the years.
If you would like more information on any of the day’s events or if you have any articles of interest that you would like to see included, please email claudia.capancioni@bishopg.ac.uk
