The Charity Commission has made a Scheme under the Reverter of Sites Act 1987 to amend the trusts of this Charity, effective from 28 September 2012. The Scheme allows for the Charity’s existing governing documents to be replaced and its constitution modernised. The objects of the Charity have been clarified and the trusts upon which the land of the Charity is held are amended in accordance with the Reverter of Sites Act 1987. No section 554 Order was applied for.
