The three-day trip included two new sites: ISKCON-London Radha-Krishna Temple; a spiritual oasis devoted to sharing the timeless culture practices of bhakti-yoga, and West London Mosque; and the West London Islamic Centre & Jamia Mosque.

Highlights of the trips included the Rumi Mosque, Gurudwara, Westminster Abbey and Golder’s Green with an evening of free time to explore the city.

Mark Plater, Senior Lecturer in Education and Theology, said: “We are pleased we were able to take out students to London in what we hope was a very worthwhile event.

“We were able to add two new sites into the schedule to offer students a packed tour of the rich religious cultures within our capital city for the opportunity to learn outside of the classroom, and hopefully spark some potential dissertation ideas.”
