Each room is equipped with its own washbasin, wardrobe, shelving, desk with chair and easy chair, 2 electric sockets and bed with underneath storage. The ground floor includes a fully accessible study-bedroom and accessible bathroom facilities for disabled students.
Each floor is provided with communal kitchens with living areas, all fully fitted with microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer and communal seating. You'll also benefit from a complimentary housekeeping service for the communal kitchen areas (terms apply). Students are advised to bring basic cooking utensils for use in the kitchens. You may also bring sandwich toasters etc., but for safety reasons these must only be used in the kitchens.
Prices for 2024-25 include utility charges, wi-fi, contents insurance and portable appliance testing. Accommodation fees are due at the beginning of each term (October, January and April) and payment is asked by re-occurring card.
