You can choose from a 46 or 50 week contract, and applications are open to students from all year groups studying at BGU.

With 293 high quality en-suite rooms available, along with a 24/7 reception, plenty of outdoor space, and small cinema room... you'll be part of a community where you can meet new friends, create a space you can call your own, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Houses

Each house contains eight bedrooms (approximately 14m² in footprint, including en-suite), arranged around a single staircase. The ground floor has the main entrance and contains a separate studio room, 24m² in size, and a shared kitchen and social space. You'll also benefit from a complimentary housekeeping service for the communal kitchen areas (terms apply).

Apartments

Apartments feature en-suite rooms that share a kitchen, in groups of six to nine. Accessible rooms are distributed throughout, and adjacent kitchens will have accessible facilities. Within block four there is a pair of accessible studios (26m²) and some enhanced sizes rooms (18m²). You'll also benefit from a complimentary housekeeping service for the communal kitchen areas (terms apply).

Fees

Prices for 2024-25 include utility charges, wi-fi, contents insurance and portable appliance testing. Accommodation fees are due at the beginning of each term (October, January and April) and payment is asked by re-occurring card.

Where you live is a big part of being at University which is why Bishop Grosseteste University is one of a number of Universities and Further Education Colleges that is signed up to The Student Accommodation Code.
